Are we talking Pro usage or just for once a week when we make grilled lamb.

If not using it a lot (see above) I would get a 9.99 one from wally world or something like that. If you want a good one get a kitchenaid or Cuisinart .

I was at Target the other day and bought my mom a blender with a nice food processor attachment for about the same price as a food processor alone. So you might consider that route if you also like blending or need a blender.

If you are looking for an actual food processor (not a blender) then by all means buy a Cuisinart. They are known by professionals everywhere as "the one" to buy when it comes to a food processor. Kitchenaid makes great blenders, Krups great coffee makers, and Cusinart the best food processors. I'd look around your local Bed, Bath, and Beyond or Macys stores to see what they have to offer. Most Cusinart machines start out about 99 bucks.
