I just opened a box of my old games and found a sealed copy of Final Fantasy VII I picked up at Sears several years ago. The weird thing is that it doesn't have the folded seal. It has one of the ones that is most common with resealed games. I've known several companies to use this sealing on random shipments of games, but does anyone know if PS1 double-disc games ever came with the un-folded sealing? I know I didn't reseal it and the edge doesn't have the cheaper feeling of a resealed game. It just seemed odd to me. I'm not trying to pull anything or rip anyone off, I just want to know what I have. Thanks. I can take a picture as soon as I find my battery charger for my camera if that will help.

Yeah, the early ones had the crappy vacuum seal as opposed to the folded seal. You should sell that bitch on e-bay for some serious cash.

I just opened my Brave Fencer Musashi. It also had this seal.

Regardless, I hope you didn't unseal it..

Of course I did. How else would I play it?

No. I didn't open it. I also found FF8 sealed, although my copy of 9 has been opened. I think I let someone borrow it.

FF9 is classic. It should be worth way more then FF7. Probably in the minority on that one though.

Have fun selling that FF7 and FF8. You'll make bank from the sounds of it.
