Recently, Stolen. They publish a lot of titles for the PC ported from other platforms, like Pac World 2 and Dead to Rights.
Here (http://www.hip-games.com) is their site.
Interestingly, there's a few games that are in development that will likely have to find other publishers.
City of the Dead (PC, Xbox, PS2)
Call of Cthulu: Destiny's End (PC)
Ghost Wars (PC)

Wasn't Stolen the game that had dropped in price like a week after release?

Wasn't City of the Dead to be based on the "dead" films and overseen by George Romero? If so, that is potentially teh sux.

if so, they had a feature about it in GI and it looked pretty cool. Huge disappointment if it isnt picked up, possible huge disappointment if it is picked up

So it appears that Hip Interactive's European division is still alive and kicking.

A George Romero zombie game on PSP?! AWESOME!
Does the European branch own the rights to CT Special Forces?

The European branch should still have the rights to publish CT Special Forces games in Europe. I doubt they will publish them for the North American region. If we get them at all, it's likely to be through another publisher.
Interesting fact: Hip Interactive released Special Forces: Nemesis Strike on the PS2 as CT Special Forces: Fire for Effect in Europe, where it fared marginally better.
