Nice find NFG, a good price on a surprisingly fun game. I got this as a gift awhile back, having no expectations for it at all, and had a blast (drinking + four player = even MORE fun). I recommend anyone with 3 or more available friends get this game.

a very promising game, definitely have a lot of room for improvement though. Too bad that the sequel isn't coming to gamecube.

Funny how Godzilla sold more copies on GC than it did on Xbox yet Xbox gets the sequel.

^^ Yeah, it again comes back to Nintendo's lack of an online plan. Activision states that as the only reason they aren't bringing it to the Cube (they acknowledge the better-than-average 380k it sold, vs the 38k on xbox). Lame! Four player games are SO MUCH BETTER with wavebirds.

Norrath was awful, so.. many.. wires..

Two players is pretty fun. 4 Players is awesome. One player... pretty boring.

Creaming somebody in the back of the head w/ a building, watching them go down like a sack o' potatoes, is just so gratifying.

I almost bought this for GCN late last year when TRU had their "buy 2, get 1 free" sale going on. Unfortunately, the few copies they had in stock were of the re-packaged variety, and I didn't want to pay nearly $14 for someone else's pre-played junk.

I did later pick up the Xbox release with Mecha Godzilla 3, the alien city of Vortaak, Boxing Ring, assignable team play, and downloadable Thrashburg location in addition to the usual sharper graphics, custom soundtrack, Dolby 5.1 sound and HDTV (480p) support.

They should've just done their own online play like Sega does. If DAMM2 was online capable it'd probably almost guarentee a million seller on the cube.

This game is a great find for $15; it's well worth the money IMO.
