I ordered this a while ago and was sent the newer HD AV pack (cables attached, no breakout box) instead of the old one pictured. It was in like-new condition and worked great! I'd recommend it to anyone with component video inputs on their television.

I got a Component cable from eBay for $0.01 w/ $3 shipping. Oh yea. Works great!
