not online, i dont have a credit card

These are the online prices of the B&M stores, typically they are the same. Not sure which stores you have near you so here are the usual ones.
Best Buy: $40.99
Circuit City: $39.99
Target: $37.49
Wal-Mart: $36.38
You also might be able to go to an Electronics Boutique or similar store and find it used for cheaper.
