It was strange. I just turned off my monitor, went out for a while, and then came back. I turned it back on, and it wouldn't work. My monitor's fried. Luckily, I happened to have another one lying around. It's really old.

I'm looking for a new, reliable monitor at a reasonable price. Anything is fine, although I like flat-panels and LCD. I'm probably not rich enough for one though.

What exactly do you want to use it for?

Uh...just being on the computer. I play games, but not hardcore.

Just a regular computer monitor I guess.

17 inch KDS flat screen (not LCD) is ~$119 a walmart. I have one and it's pretty nice.

Ok...now I need to know, price range, what kind of outputs does your pc have (DVI or VGA), what size do you want it, and is there a specific color you are looking for?

That's the exact monitor I'm staring at right now as I type this. I've noticed that its starting to show its age, but its over two and a half years old now. Not a bad monitor at all.
