I'm pretty surprised that hasn't been snapped up already. Pretty good buy for an eBay BIN listing. Although the mention of the blinking LED of death may be scaring some away. Other than that the system looks to be in really nice shape.
Did you clean the carts? It might just be that the carts are dirty and if they were cleaned it would all work great.
