you still can find this game at most local store but it not dirt cheap. Your best bet try walmart & Samgoody/suncoast if you lucky you can nail it for $30ish :)

Good luck finding it dirt cheap... I'm guessing that this one had a lower production run than the rest of the series due to decreasing sales of each new installment.
But it's not that hard to find, it's just not cheap.
