MLG (http://www.mlgpro.com)is looking for a writer to contribute a bi-weekly feature article about Super Smash Bros. Melee for publication on MLGpro.com. Excellent writing skills are a must, as is an intimate knowledge of both SSBM and the competitive community that has built up around it. Priority will be given to applicants with SSBM tournament experience (especially MLG events) as well as those with a deep understanding of the key figures in the community and the dynamics of high-level competitive play. This includes knowing about who the dominant players are, as well as the latest play-style trends (popular character choice, fighting tactics, etc.). This is a non-employee position and will require two articles per month as assigned by the editor in chief.

What we are looking for:
College students/graduates who major(ed) in English, journalism or related fields Outstanding writing ability
Strong command of the English language with emphasis on grammar, punctuation and spelling
Strict adherence to deadlines
Extensive knowledge of competitive SSBM and the tournament community
Great interviewing skills
Enthusiastic, hard-working and self-motivated personality
