Just read this in Nintendo Power. Vectorman will be unlocked after 5 hours of play and 2 will be unlocked after 7 hours of play.

Great, Sega added another weird method to unlock games, just like Sonic Mega Collection did.

It's also gonna have the Streets of Rage series right? This is gonna be a great collection of games.

No, only in Japan. If they were to include the Rage games in the US, the game would have to be rated T, not the current E.

Yep, for some stupid reason, Sega is targeting kids rather than oldschool gamers. So no Streets of Rage. :(

I would have been fine with removing SOR if they would have given us NIGHTS :(

I freakin' wish. I still need to get another copy of that and a set of Saturn AV cables. :(

Awww man, no SOR. I'd perfer that to Vectorman any day. I wasn't a big fan of Vectorman, or more like Gimmick-Man.

Vector-Man was awesome, and IMO slightly edges out Streets of Rage. Maybe the next collection can have SOR and NiGHTS

It seems companies are running out of older games to package, so they keep having to move up generations. Like Midway's new collection of racing games (The Crusin' Series) and Capcom's upcoming Mega Man X Collection. Before you know it we'll see Sonic Gems Collection 3 with Sonic Adventure 1 & 2.

Now I want to SNK get with the flow and package some of their older games.

I'm with you on that one. Why haven't they bround the Last Blade collecton here? Or make a Metal Slug disc with all six games? Or a Samurai Showdown collection?

A Last Blade collection wouldn't be that intresting cause theirs only been a couple in the series, so if you own Final Edition theirs no point to have the others. But a Metal Slug and Samurai Showdown collection would be great. A mini SamShow collection came out for PS1 but in Japan only. It had SamShow 1&2. It's very hard to find, I should have picked it up when I saw it for $40.

Also I was thinking more along the lines of thier lesser know arcades like Last Resort, Shock Troppers, Baseball Stars and all the beat em' ups they did. Those were the games that defined my generation of arcades back in the day, and I'd love to have them in a nice neat collection. I remeber popping quarters in Ninja Combat trying to beat it.

The problem with most of these collections is they include only some of what most people want. I thought the Sonic Mega Collection was good but they probably should have just thrown Sonic CD on there and been done with it.

Yeah, I'm mainly want Sonic Gems Collection 2 for Sonic CD, everything else is just fluff.

I'm still pissed cause not only did they not include NIGHTS on this, but they also didn't include Knuckles Chaotix.

I <3 Vectorman.

Also, I bet they could just update NiGHTS graphics slightly and sell it as its own game and make money since they are being #$@#$% and not putting it on any of the collections :)

I'm pissed they took out three games and replaced them with two, stingy bastards.

Ah well Sega CD and Sonic the Fighters already has my money, everything else is icing.

The big question here is are they going to let you save your game and have it WORK?

I remember getting to 50 million on Sonic Spinball, then quitting. The game didn't save my score, or my level.

Interesting. I'll plan on getting this then. I never knew there was a 2nd Vectorman.. now it's my time to play it.

Fine. _YOU_ try to write a saturn emulator for the gamecube (or the PC, for that matter).

Games don't magically travel between systems.
