I'm not really sure if this is a deal or not for the Japanese version (that's why it's in the Sony fourm), but Play-Asia has pre-owned copies of Suikoden II in stock for $39.90.

I bought one in Japan for 500 yen (about $5.) I wouldn't go for it.

Unless you know Japanese, you should never play a Japanese RPG.

Most of the good games that never make it here (and sometimes even the ones that do) have translations available

Innocent Sin as an example: http://yoridori.org/oracle/

Perhaps a little more tedius then reading off the screen, but can still be fun and interesting. Not to mention you may actual learn a foreign lanaguage while you are at it.

Thank you, and also if you want to play the Japanese version and already beat the English one you know the story already. Sometimes things are diffrent like Persona 1 had a a major side mission not availible in the US release. I played it through again just for that.

Ah.

Well, I wasn't sure. That's why I put it in this forum.
