psp 2.0 firmware question...

alright, so i got the thing, and now i cant connect, im having some problems ..anyone with internet/networking know-how can help out please ? :(

i put in all my information..and when i try to test or connect, it says "ip timed out" what exactly does that mean, how can i fix it?
i am behind a firewall, ill give more info if asked since i kno this is pretty vague, anyone have a similar problem? what did u do?

btw, i entered all my numbers as per router settings, everything matched, cases and all..but it still wudnt let me on :\!..help pls

I had problems connectin when I defined everything. It seemed to go better by letting it auto-detect your settings.

damn :\, dusnt work "the attempt to obtain the ip addy has timed out" :'(

It dose that to me some times to. I think your connection has to be a bit better. Try moving closer to your acess point.

Are you trying to input everything manually? Like a few posts up said...auto is the way to go. Make sure you have everything setup though your routers setup page as well.

guyver said it first. But you might have it set up wrong in your router. WEP WAP might be set up.
