After the separatist side uses Order 66 what does the player who was controlling the clones/republic use for the rest of the game?

Order 66 is more about taking territories...and just increases your chances, everybody still controlls their own armies. I do believe however that the seperatist armies lose their leades however, and the emporer reveals himself

So the clones still fight for the Republic after Order 66?

When Order 66 is used, the leaders are gone, and the emperor is revealed. Once the emperor has been revealed, the Republic (which is esentially turned into the Rebellion) has the chance to win instantly if they capture the planet that the Palpatine is on.

OK but I don't like the idea of the clones still fighting against the emerpor.
That doesn't make any sense.

In the manual it says to ignore that. It's just doesnt make financial sense for Hasbro to include a new set of pieces, for the few turns that usually take place after order 66 is declared.

So then the clone pieces just become Luke, Leia, Wedge(I know a little early for them), and others.
So does the sepratist player get to use the clones or are they just forgotten about at that point?

The clones are always good. No matter what. The seperatist just puts droids on the planets they gain control of via order 66. Did you even bother to read the manual?

Since I don't have the game and I don't have X-ray vision that lets me look through the box to see the manual then I will have to say no I didn't read the manual.
