It was a pretty basic shirt I got though but I don't know how in depth you want to customize it.

you can make yourself with a printer.
you can buy kits at payless or rite aid or wal-mart that allow you to make your own tees
another good place is a local t-shirt print shop. these places usually do printing for local little league and sports teams.

Since you said "t shirts" and not "t shirt" I assume you want a quantity of them. I've been considering buying from www.customink.com. They have this great Java based shirt editor, with lots of different fonts, and graphics for you to use (and you can upload your own of course). For 40 shirts, with one color graphic on front only, it comes out to about $6.50 per shirt (depending on the shirt color), shipping included. Also you can choose to put the customink.com logo on your shirt and they'll knock $.50 off the price of each shirt. The more shirts you buy the cheaper they are. For instance, if you only got only 10 shirts they would be $12 each.
So far they have the best prices I've seen and I've been looking for awhile to get shirts for my band.
