Or even Windows 2003, if they're using it for its server capabilities. This wouldn't have made news if CNN wasn't dumbasses and hadn't been affected themselves. It's almost the equivalent of a worm disabling computers running Windows ME or 98.

Nobody deserves that shit no matter what Op sys they have. Some people have all the functionality they need in ME/98SE etc. Why the hell spend $100 on XP if you had little use for it.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that my mcafee has been downloading updates almost evey hour for the past few days straight. Never seen so many updates in so short a time before.

lol our ENTIRE SCHOOL NETWORK COUNTY WIDE is Windows 2000 based. lol i'd like to tell the county's tech staff THAT NO OS IS SAFE OR FOOL PROOF NOT EVEN W2K!!!!!..
