Yuji Naka, creator of Sonic, recently did an interview with a blogger at the Leipzig conference in Germany.

While the full interview transcript has not been made available yet, Naka's comments when asked about Revolution were made public. Here's what Naka had to say: "I am under a strict NDA, so I can't really say much. But I have seen the Revolution and I think everyone will be very pleasantly surprised, when Nintendo reveal[s] everything."

I have heard that in the next couple weeks that Nintendo will be releasing some info...I am still very cautious as to not get too eager but it sounds promising

I can't trust Naka anymore. Billy Hatcher was pretty medicore (except the soundtrack) and he's been milking PSO's tired engine. Now he wants to give an obscure Sonic character a gun and predicts people will enjoy Sonic Adventure 2: Gun.

He's opinion is completely worthless, unless he's refering to the fact that the revolution will run great ports of his former glories on Dreamcast.

He makes one dud and you're ripping on the guy? Pay more respect for the creator of Shenmue and Virtua Fighter.

The newer stuff may be less than stellar, but I still think that gamers should give some respect to the creator of Sonic the Hedgehog. Perhaps the second most beloved video game mascot ever.

Here is another positive comment this time coming from Peter Molyneux.

There is a line at the end of the book 'Game Over' and it is, 'Never underestimate Nintendo.' That is all I can say about the controller.

All I have to say is, Nintendo better show something soon or they're going to become a victim to overhype delusion...
