FYE & XBOX 360

I have preorder my 360 at FYE prior to the two different packages being announced. I called them to find out how they were going to handle the two different packages and the guy did not even know that they were offering two different packages. I was just checking to see if anybody has any idea how FYE is handling this.

Give them a week or two to get everyone up-to-speed then call again.
