How to get people to buy a new system

I was thinking that a new gaming system (360, revo, ps3) could release a value pack. Not really a VALUE, but whatever.... release the system for the original price, some games for $50-$60, and a value pack that includes the system, some accessories, and a game that is not on shelves (you can only get it in the value pack).... Start really good promotions for that game on tv and computer and stuff.... people will see how great it is and buy the value pack! They will spend the same amount on the value pack as they would with buying the system and the game separately (except the accessories), but they can't buy it searately! :applause:

I don't think anybody will do this.... But it's just an idea.... ;)

Anybody else think this is a good idea or have any other ideas on how to get people to buy a new system?

bad idea because people felt they were often foreced to buy a game for PSP near launch.
