IMO being the back up of any major position in any sport one should practice as much as if they play that position everyday. You are backup that means somewhere you are going to get to play how can you suck and she gets paid for that WTF.

Haha, agreed. Basically she was getting paid to warm the bench, and couldn't do shit when she was actually called upon to do something.
