The GC of Gauntlet Dark Legacy I rented was BUGGY! Items would randomly disappear from your inventory after you had picked them up/bought them. I got to a certain point in the game and it would hang (may have been a scratch, but I'm not convinced). Bad bad bad. The PS2 version on the other hand doesn't have an inventory as such for storing items, but isn't buggy and plays fine.

Yep, they reduced prices again at my K-Mart. A bunch of x-box games were $8 from $10. Serious Sam, Buffy, Dr Muto, Outlaw Golf, and Godzilla destroy all Monsters.

The $10 GC and $8 GBA games were still that.

One new PS2 game on sale for $10. Dues Ex, the original.

Im supprised that K-Mart has any gaming deals in their ads. Normaly they have less then a page of electronics, with mabye one game discounted if were lucky.

Somewhat appropriate for this thread:

When I saw Gradius Gaiden at K-Mart a couple weeks back, I asked the cashier to check the price on it. Maybe if the games weren't merchandised so horribly, he wouldn't have been asked this often enough to the point where he says "Well, don't GBA games cost $30? It costs $30, okay?" I already knew it was $15, but just wanted to see if it dropped anymore. I smiled and nodded, and told him I'd buy it. It rang up $14.99, and he tossed this "Yeah, whatever..." gesture at me as he slung the game into the bag. Most amusing.

When I have people come into TRU looking for older games, I actually do send them to K-Mart because "No one shops there for games...".

I've seen Iridion II for 7.99 but not Iridion 3-D at my K Mart.

At EB.com you can get Iridion 3-D for $3 used by using aff25. Cheapest shipping is $2.

There isn't a single K-Mart near me as they have all closed down... shame really.. but you've got to admit: they were no-TORIOUS (!!!) for insane game prices...

i just checked my kmart today and they just had a bunch of newer, but still crappy games.. is there a special clearance section where hitz and the like can be found?
