is this still coming out this week? I haven't seen it advertised in any of the weekly circulars.

yep, it's coming out this week...
it's listed in the target ad for $35. they're supposed to have it in stores on thursday. i haven't seen any actual sale prices for it though.

I've seen some prices and they all vary from 32.99 to 39.99
I pre-ordered this one from Best Buy along with Viewtiful Joe, Kirby, and Castlevania for some pre-order deal they had, and 10 off if you spend over 100.
I don't collect the cards, but since my friend's little brother taught me, I found the game interesting, and I dig the last tournament edition and hope it plays like it.

I'm curious about this game too, waiting on reviews. I used to have a huge CCG addiction and have periodically transfered it to CCG games.

Have it and it's pretty good. Doesn't let you "cheat" by porting over cards via the PW system. It starts you out with some of the worst cards, hell my deck didn't have not ONE staple!! But I like the whole LVL up factor, starting from scratch building up my decks and whatnot. Hell I've played a few hours worth and the best new cards I picked up were a man-eater bug and giant soilder of stone

i like the game as well. the only thing that I don't like about it is something the IGN review mentioned. having to find enemies with the hot/cold meter is really lame.

yea i picked it up thursday and been able to play it for around hour or so . I would say its an okay game if you played one you played them all. one thing i dont like about these games is somewhat based on luck of the draw. if someone gets a 1800 attack monster up in the first early rounds there is a good chance they will win. one battle they had i think a Giant panda?? up in 4 turns with an attack of over 2500 ..
one thing i dont like is you cant give up until after turn 10

Meh. I got to wait a while before I get mine. Best Buy sent me an e-mail. Some problem. Guess I'll just have to wait.

I prefer it over all the other GBA games. The card lineup is the absolute best yet (despite some odd ommisions) and the deck leveling is the best idea Konami ever came up with. As time goes on and you lvl up you really do feel your deck getting stronger. Instead of meaningless stats and number, your card collection grows and evolves, changing the meta of your deck and opposition. In a way it mimes the evolution of YGO, from a simple concept all the way up to it's current state.

Is there some problem with this game shipping? I just got another e-mail from Best Buy saying this is back ordered again. Now I don't wait till today to ship, it tells me to wait 25 days...wth.
