First I found and bought suikoden 2 for 40 used at gamestop(Only had one) it was 50 but I got 20 percent off, due to a coupon in a magazine, and the 10 % off card. now that was a pretty good deal, but it was nothing compared to a deal I got at a flea market/garage sale over the weekend I went down to the country in PA (Honeybrook) and there was a house having a garage sale, and I figured there wold be nothing worth getting, but I decided to look anyhow. I am glad I did, there were 4 playstation 1 games, and they were Suikoden 1, Valkyrie Profile, Vagrant Story(non gh), and Tomb Raider 1. I already have Tomb raider, but I asked how much and the guy told me 10 each, and then I asked how about 30 for all four, and he said okay. lol, I got the best deal ever. now my suikoden collection is complete, and for alot cheaper then I expected. Both suikoidens, valkyrie profile, and vagrant story are mint, while tomb raider has a few scratches, but I already own that so it really didnt matter. I would rate this deal a 12/10.

Not really. I remember paying 10 dollars for Suikoden, brand new... and 5 copies of the game were just sitting there in the case along with it.
Of course, this was about 3-4 years ago.

Personally, I paid $35 (mint) for my copy at EBGames. Dude at the counter about had a heart attack (he had been tracking down the game for YEARS XD). And I also paid $25 for Suikoden.

4. Yes, I did pass on these all at one time or another. I passed on Suikoden for 5.00 once before I got it (and suikoden 2) for free. I'm a cheap ass, and I do not pay over 5.00 for PSone games (and only 5.00 for ones I REALLY want)...because I will eventually get them for the price I want....took me over a year but I eventually got Chrono Trigger for 4.50. I'm patient, I get good deals.

5. Why bring him down? Cause if this is his "deal of a lifetime" he needs to hunt for better deals. I swear is this was the best deal I ever got my life would probably suck...I don't call it "bringing down", I call it tough love. Maybe now he'll try harder for better deals.

Best deals I ever got from a yard sale were the time I found Phantasy Star 4 complete with the box and book for .50 and another time where I got Paper Mario and Ogre Battle 64 for $2 each.
Last week, my friend picked up an original Nintendo Game and Watch Donkey Kong unit for $1

My little secret for yard saling is look for houses with bikes or basketball hoops outside of. A couple of indicators that there are kids of game loving age around ;)
