What games do you recommend?? Mostly single player games..

Depends on what type of games you like to enjoy.

Ridge Racer
Lumines
WipeOut

Are the only games that actually hold my interest. Alot of people recommend Hot Shots Golf and Twisted Metal. I don't own those so I can't comment on them.

HSG and Lumines are worth the price of the system, IMO. HSG is one of those game that you can play forever and always feel like you could do better.... so addictive...

There's like a hundred other threads of "Which PSP/DS/Xbox360/etc games would I like?" You should have searched, you would have found all of the same answers, because no new great games came out within the last 3 months.

is it like TM2 or the lame 3 and 4?

it was actually made by the people who did 2 and black. The story line follows TM2's.

I thought TW:HO was just a tweaked port of TM1.

I recommend and NES emulator ^_^

ha, TM1 is different then all the TM's. When you play it you feel like it was made for the sega cd or saturn.

I also recommend the nes emulator. And don't recommend the 2.0 upgrade.

Agree, Ridge racer is good (eventhough I am stuck at some pro tour's last stages (cheating AI?)). Wipeout is great too. It always feels great when someone cut you while you have good weapons like (quake, lock on missle, tri missles, or even speed boost) that you can use to reclaim your position.

Circuit City has almost all of the UMD movies for 14.99 at all times. I think Mercury looks cool and I think Im going to buy it when I get the money.

Good, we REALLY needed another thread like this! Thanks so much!god damn...do you only come to the PSP forum to be a total ass?
seriously, quit bitching about every little thing, the guy want to know what games people recommend, so if you're gonna post anything, answer his question.

Anyway, Lumines is a must, its incredibly (sp?) addicting,
wipeout is good, but if you play too much it will get old, multiplayer is always fun though,
also, Sin City is out on UMD,

Lumines- Fantastic puzzle game, incredibly addicting. You just don't want to stop playing it.

Wipeout Pure- I recommend this Racer over the others because of the awesome (free) downloadable content.

Those are my two favorite PSP games, although I haven't played Death Jr., which definitely looks fun.

Why not approach it from the other direction? Buy a PSP when it offers a game you view as a must have item. That way you'll probably be much happier with your investment and some of the good but not great early titles should be substantially discounted by then.

If there aren't any PSP games that really appeal to you yet, why bother? Resist the urge to buy the shiny object until it offers the complete package for you. Make Sony earn your business.
