Yeah it's kind of a growing trend among all major retailers really, the music industry's been doing it for almost a couple years now. Wal-mart's caught the trend too recently with DVDs. Thankfully (at least in most titles) they are only time exclusives. Though sometimes there will be an "exclusive extra disc" edition of so, but to be honest those never amount to much IMO.

There was one exclusive extra disc that I wanted (Reno 911! Season 2 extra disc with 30 minutes of more deleted scenes), but I got cheated out of it. Bought it at Best Buy, and my package didn't have the disc, even though the package said it did. Called and e-mailed Best Buy, and they didn't help. Just told me to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately, Paramount Home Video has no e-mail address, and I don't want to just send a letter and be left hanging as to whether they will do anything or not.

Glad to see Millennium will be on sale. I myself hated Space Above and Beyond. Though, with the exception of X-Files and Millennium, I dislike most things Glen Morgan and James Wong have done. Fraggle Rock might be nice to pick up. Not too much else for me, I think. ::shudders at the sucktastic Underworld::
