Just for the record, yes Clinton's administration did have a chance to off Bin Laden and didn't take it. But, during Bush's first year, one of his first decisions was how to handle the Cole bombing and did nothing. Not to mention all of the intel break down in identifying the 9-11 terrorist was on his watch for a year. Thought you should know all the facts before you start to rant at everyone.
