The US release in in 4 days and it will cost $30 less than the PAL version, if you really did import it you are the dumbest fucker alive.

Can you link us to this eBay auction? Why did you say you already played it if you haven't? I'm sure the size limitation of the 1 GB memory stick can be gotten around and I don't even know if Burnout takes up a full UMD, so your story is shaky at best.

Also, looking at your past posts, you talk about playing Star Soldier. You certainly are "importing" a lot of games for the PSP. AWESOME!

One, the game itself is under 250mb..

Two, Burnout: Legends isn't out in the UK yet (http://shop.game.net/ViewProduct.aspx?cat=11250&mid=326509). It actually comes out in the US Tuesday (or so says EB) and it comes out in the UK Thursday.
