DS + Metroid bundle? When does it release?

I read on CAG a while back that the Nintendo DS would DEFINITLY be released with Metroid at some point?

I was just wondering does anybody know when that would be? I'm interested, because my DS has a 1 year return policy. If it comes out within the year from when I bought it I can return it and just get the one with the game!

Metroid Prime Hunters was delayed until next year in order to include online play in the game.
