If so please hook me up with the code. I am thinking about purchasing a notebook and have it in my cart to purchase but would love to get a coupon code to lower the price even more. If someone has a good one I would even be willing to paypal them a few bucks for their assistance. Thank you!!

Here are some more.

I forgot to mention earlier that Dell gives discounts to a lot of various groups. I know students and faculty at the university here get something like a 14% discount. Also I know a Mary Kay lady that gets the same 14% discount. You might want to check around and see if someone could order it for you. You could also use coupons with the 14% discount.

Check out www.gotapex.com. They always have whatever Dell deals are available. I've seen coupon codes for as much as 40% off Dell Inspirons.

Dell won't allow me to use most of the codes you guys provided me because they already are giving a certain dollar amount off the total price automatically. BS, I guess I'm going to wait a bit until I get one of these to work. Thanks a bunch for the links guys, it is much appreciated.

Most of the "deal" sites will post specific system configurations based around one or more coupons. It's often cheaper than what you'll get with an education discount or corporate discount. Another thing to do is sign up for the email lists at Dell Home and Dell Small Business, they often send coupon codes that are stackable with other coupons out there.

Also it's best to check out both the Dell Small Business and Dell Home stores because the same product can have different prices in either. Also one charges tax and the other doesn't. One tends to ship free and the other doesn't.

Besides www.gotapex.com, some other decent sites to look at include:

www.tecbargains.com (mentioned above)
www.techdeals.net
www.slickdeals.net
www.hot-deals.org
www.cheapassgamer.com (oh wait...)

It seems like on the new deals at dell, they have raised the price on everything so its not really much of a deal at all.

I have an account there and I believe there is no payment or interest for awhile. Its just convenient to order there plus I get to customize everything. I have a dell desktop and have not had any problems yet with it. Do you recommend another brand? I'm open to suggestions if you have any.

www.notebookreview.com go to the dell coupons section right on the maintabs. I am waiting for a good deal too, right now theres no big coupons. But a few weeks ago they had a $600 off of $1500 and I was going to use that, then I heard that during summer and last haloween they had $750 off of $1500 so now I am dedicated to wait for something as grand as that, such a sweet deal. I am looking ot the 600m btw.

Hmm I see. Well I'm a Mac user that's why and I know that I like using my mac a hell lot better than PC's, especially Dells. But since you seem pretty happy with it, I'm not against it. :D
