What is wrong with the linky?

It is linking to your personal account right now. We can see some of your personal info. I don't think we can access your account or purchase anything, but I haven't tried. I know we can see your name and the last few digits of your credit card. Maybe other info, but I didn't look too hard.

That's how rodeojones knew your name was James.

Darn, I dunno how to fix it. I guess people can access it only when their logged in their account.

I was looking at it before the OP logged out and the selection was pretty shitty.

You must not have been looking at the full a-z list, then, because they have a crapload of TV DVDs half price. Now, that's half off Columbia House's usually higher initial prices, and the shipping and handling are expensive, but you can still find some decent deals if you're a member.

Hmm... I'm tempted to join, but wondering what their prices are like... Would anyone mind checking a couple things for me and letting me know the price? I'm looking for things like Quantum Leap, American Dreams, Silk Stalkings, Sliders...

Would be great if I could get some deal on Christmas presents for the hubby, but I don't want to lock in to 5 $20 DVDs in the next 2 years unless I know I can get some decent deals... :D

Ash

*edit* I suppose I should also ask if purchasing the 50% off boxed sets counts towards your commitment?

Quantum Leap is $24 (1st), $30 (2nd) and $50 (3rd)
American Dreams is $54 for the first season
Silk Stalkings is $30 (1st), $20 (2nd), and $24 (3rd)
Sliders is $54 (for the 1st and 2nd seasons together), and $36 for the 3rd season

I'm a member, so if anyone wants a set without joining Id be willing to try and order them for you. I dont know what the easiest way would be to do that. I guess I would order it, then ship it to you and you could pay me via PayPal or something. I wouldn't charge any extra, just whatever the set cost plus whatever they charge for shipping (I fulfilled my obligation so I think I only pay .99 for shipping, although I dont know if that will apply for TV sets also). Anyway, anyone who is interested can either try PMing me or email me at joeshan@sbcglobal.net.
