You're at the TGS and you're still posting deals? Thats dedication.
Anyway, does anyone have Tiger Woods? I'm always looking to bulk up the DS collection but I havent heard much about this series for this system.

Tiger Woods is decent, good, and annoying, all in the same box.
It doesn't have the normal way that you hit a golf ball, instead you hit by charging with the stylus (You probably should know this).
This is easier and more fun to do.
However, the game is annoying from all the bugs that they left in it, when they rushed it to the market.
If you are a certain position away from the green, and it drops, you are screwed. What I mean is, you can only use what they tell you to use. Say you hit a ball around 33 or so yards away from the green. You end up having to hit the ball using a chip shot.
Normally that would be okay, but what if you are at the bottom of a hill, or are facing a strong wind? Having to reset because you missed, because of not being able to select any type of shot, is annoying.
Also, if you hit too close to the green, but it's not on the green, you may end up having to use just the putter, which obviously means you will miss :-\.
Also, there is no good way to see the goal, or the green, to see how you'll need to hit it, or anything, the only way to know what is ahead of you is to select a stronger club, or make it stronger...
It's pretty fun, but the bugs almost kill it... Almost.

For the most part I agree. I found this a rather enjoyable game. The stylus swinging system is very natural and fun, but little bugs hamper this title and keep it from being highly recommended. While I've had better luck than the previous poster in regards to shots, putting has always bothered me in this title. It has a grid system, but often times gives you inaccurate or no statistics as to your distance or the countors of the green. This makes putting more or less a guessing game at times, which can be particularly frustrating in close matches. Overall it's a fun little title, and these bugs don't kill the experience, but they certianly detract from it. Unless you just need something to pass the time, I'd wait for a golf game that resolves these issues.

Just ordered the last copy, total was $8.19 shipped, I think that's a very acceptable price.. $9.99 BC, after state tax (yay!) it was $8.19.. before that it was somewhere between $7.50 and $8.00

Thanks for bumping a month old thread Scorch!
Thanks for rebumping it, asshat. If I would've made a new thread, your sarcastic dry ass sense of humor would've been all "HAW HAW SCORCH REPOST HAHA get it cause u say repost to every1 now i say it 2 u lOl". 9 hour time difference, are you that bored as to search through the forums to find this thread just to point that out?
Riddle me this: If the deal's still good (or even cheaper) and it's currently in stock, what's wrong with bumping an older thread?
