I have my nephews today and since I have to be the "cool" uncle, I took them to EB to pick up a few games during the B2G1 sale. I got them Ridge Racer DS and Spiderman 2 for the DS. What did I get free you ask? DOOM 3 Limited Collector's Edition for Xbox. Sweet!
The two DS games were marked for $14.99 and the DOOM 3 LCE was mismarked as the PC version for $12.99. The clerk did not catch it and rang it up as the free item. Bloody brilliant.
EDIT: Just opened the game and there is an unused 2-month trial of Xbox Live. Not that I need it, but nice anyway.

I wish my uncles would buy me stuff. I went crazy with this B2G1 promo. at the end of the day i got Gran Turismo 4, RE2 GC, RE4, Hulk:UD, Doom 3 CE, Makai Kingdom for 70 out of pocket(I used the 82 store credit from the extra $5 when you trade 5)

The title of this thread is very misleading, as I expected to find out where I could get a free copy of Doom 3 LCE :)

the best part about the doom 3 LE was the classic doom games, and trading it in for 35 bucks after paying 5 for it.

So, you got those 6 games for about $150? . . . that's still a lot of money for used games :-)
