Actually, I believe it was. If I'm not mistaken, Best Buy has it listed for $42.99. I'm pretty sure that was the only one that had it advertised, though, which really surprised me since the show is getting killer reviews. I guess between the big hitters like Lost and Desperate Housewives this one just doesn't fit in. I'm hoping there will be some surprise prices at Target or CC or Wally World.

I was looking around Target for this today and couldn't even find it at all. I wonder how many places are going to be carrying it if even Target isn't. Additionally I can't seem to find it on Walmart.com.

That's a shame that no one is carrying it, BSG is without a doubt one of the finest shows on Television, and the best thing to come out of the SciFi channel ever. I can't believe it got snubbed by the emmys.


Edit: Oh, and if anyone cares, there's a great BSG podcast out there called the Combat Information Center, does fan commentary on episodes. His Season 1 stuff is a little scarce (ep 9-13 only), but the season 2 commentary is gold. www.alanlight.com/galactica

ok just picked it up at wally word for 40.49 plus tax. best buy doesnt even have it . they are still selling their exclusive version ut be warned it does not include the miniseries so you are getting ripped off.,

The BB exclusive UK version also doesn't have any of Ron Moore's podcasts, the behind the scenes featurettes, deleted scenes and other bonusy goodness. And it's 10 bucks more.

Picked it up for 30.00 with the 33% coupon at wherehouse.com. Seriously, forget B & M and pick it up here. You will never find a better deal. It beats DDD by $4.00 after tax and shipping for me.

I went to Best Buy last Thurday and the only one they had was the UK series. Went back and got in Saturday for $42.99. I thik it is back to $47.99 this week.
