So im kinda pissed off right now because i pre ordered bleach 2 at liksang in late july for $59 hoping id get the case that was the japanese preorder bonus. But freaking 2 days after my game ships they change the price to $49. So I email them asking if im gonna be charged $59 or $49 they tell me that since my order shipped before the price drop im gonna be charged the higher price. And when I got my game i didnt even get the case :( So basically i got screwed over for pre ordering what a bunch of bs. Ok im done ranting now :p

Its really your fault for being impatient and not waiting for a post release price drop, which tends to happen often. Odds are, it would've been best to wait, instead of make a thread like this. Do you realize how many threads like this there would be if everyone complained about a price cut shortly after their purchase? This site would be called CheapAss"OMG I GOT SCREWED BY A PRICE DROP"Gamer. /end rant.

I agree with Craven.
When u placed ur order did it specifically state you were getting a pre-order bonus? If not, than it is all on you -- Lik-Sang did exactly what they were supposed to do, and what you paid them to do which was to give u great service and cheaply as possible -- afterall, they could have just kept the $10.

I think alot of places accomodate requests for price adjustments if the item was purchased a certain amount of time before the price drop. I remember I bought Taiko Drum Master fro $30 from eb and a week later they droped $20. I called eb up and they credited me the $10 difference.
But OP, couldn't you have just sent the game back for a refund then reorder for the lower price since you didn't get the preorder bonus anyways? I haven't ordered from liksang before so I'm not sure if this even possible under their policies.
afterall, they could have just kept the $10.
The OP states he will be charged the higher amount. So they did just keep the $10.
Not saying they don't have a right to do that.
Is it a handheld game? I've been watching their Naruto Gamecube games and those never drop in price! (I finally gave in and preordered #4)
As for the OP, why can't you return the game and then rebuy it?
EDIT: And that was stated above...oh well!

Why people continue to use the overpriced Play Asia and Lik Sang is beyond me. Japanvideogames and NCSX both have lower prices (most of the time), and are based in the US, so you don't have to do ridiculous things like send them a photocopy of your CC number.

Good choice BTW. I own Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 2 & 3 and they're just amazing games, especially for fans of the anime.

I don't know about japanvideogames, but NCSX has never had lower prices on any of the games I'm looking for, especially after $8+ shipping. I regularly order from Play-Asia and YesAsia, and I've never had to give any photocopies of my CC.

Play-Asia is good if you're not getting an LE. If you are, the shipping prices are asinine and NCSX usually has a much better total price. Otherwise, Play-Asia is usually better, with some exceptions.

Ive only used yesasia so far. I stay the fuck away from lik-sang, they charge sooo much.
Are you guys kidding about Lik-Sang and their prices?
http://www.estarland.com/index.asp?page=ShopCart $66.95 total...
https://www.ncsxshop.com/cgi-bin/shop/process.html $65.00 before I choose shipping...
http://www.japanvideogames.com/ $64.99 before shipping...
http://us.yesasia.com/en/Basket.aspx?&nsku=1003886956 $64.99 total... (TIE FOR BEST)
And play-asia was a little more pricey than Lik-Sang when I was looking for Naruto...I just don't remember my login, so I'm not gonna post a link for them!
And here's where I am getting Naruto 4:
http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=79&products_id=7387& $64.90 total... (TIE FOR BEST)
So there you go. It might also be noteworthy that I tried a $5 off coupon at Play Asia to make it cheaper...and it still ended up being more than Lik-Sang...so for those of you saying they are higher, maybe for some of us they are not!
EDIT: Plus, Lik-Sang and Play Asia were the only places I could find a preorder for Naruto 4 on! The others didn't have it...at least, when I preordered it they didn't have it...didn't look just now...

I have only ordered from lik-sang once and it said you couldn't return the game IIRC.

Wow, I've gotten nothing but deals from Play-Asia - then again, I usually wait for their weekly specials. Those specials often have insane prices. I picked up FFX-2 International for about $15. Same price for Gregory Horror Show, Drag-On Dragoon 2, and Project: Altered Beast. I've never seen NCSX have prices anywhere near that good.
Speaking of which...I have a $5 Play-Asia coupon for any order $50 or more, expires in Nov. First PM gets it. :)
EDIT: Just checked Play-Asia, and their special this week is one of the Naruto PS2 games for $30. No idea which one since I don't follow that series.
