On a whim, I decided to check Wherehouse.com. The older stuff like DC and N64 is no longer showing up at $998.99 so I searched through all of it. Here's my order:

2 good DC games and 1 hard to find PS1 game for about $10. Not bad!

Where are the older games? When I went to the site, they only offered a list for current systems.

You need to search the games using "dreamcast", "playstation", "nintendo 64", etc.

TO is OOS now. Very nice pick up. Even if it's disc only it's a great buy. And wherehouse does gaurantee their games to be complete IIRC.

They also have Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for the PS2 in stock for $18.99.
Actually, they only have one left and it is in my cart. I'm going to delete from my cart and hope that someone here that is looking for it gets it.

damn! I gave up checking that site everyday because they rarely restocked. Nice finds OP


edit: It looks like they must have had a signifigant update. PSone games like FF9 aren't $50 new anymore!

Just hope they don't cancel it. I ordered several N64 games from them for 1.99 and lal of them were canceled.

I noticed that my cc has been charged for the order. I checked my order status and all 3 games show as shipped. Yay!

Holy crap, that's crazy good! Tactics Ogre for $2?! And this was recent, too! It's a wonder that no one picked it up until now...

Jet Grind Radio for DC: $1.99
Perfect Dark for N64: $1.99

Only stuff I could find, and I couldn't see paying $5 shipping for them. Took them out of my cart, they are fair game for any of you folks.

Good find!

Edit: n/m there's a sale coupon going around, I'm throwing these into an order with some music CDs. :D

I got MvC2 today. Thanks OP. It's in beautiful condition. I can't believe it got here in two days. It was shipped from California. Best 2 dollar shipping ever.

I got my order yesterday:
Crazy Taxi 2, complete, perfect condition
Rayman 2, complete, perfect condition

Tactics Ogre, nowhere to be seen! Instead I got Quake for the N64. My invoice shows Tactics Ogre, but the upc on the invoice matches the upc for Quake.

This is the second time I have ordered from WH and both times they have screwed them up. I doubt they will be able to replace Quake with Tactics Ogre so I'll be sending the entire order back.

I was gonna say something in the realm that the Tactics Ogre was gonna be disc only. But you can't even say that after I read his last post. Even *if* you did get it, it probably would have been disc only. Which ofcourse is still good at that price.

I sent Quake back and clearly noted that I wanted to exchange it for the correct item (just in case they actually had one in stock). I got an email today that my $1.99 for the game had been refunded so no Tactics Ogre for me.

At least Crazy Taxi 2 and Rayman 2 game practically brand new (I decided to keep them).
