Need some advice from more active CAGs. My Supplement bill is running apretty penny, so I was wondering if there's a good website I can order them from to avoid the instore rape. I'm looking, in particular, for :
BSN products
Creatine Ethyl Ester (any kind)
Glutamine (Powder, preferably)
Any help would be appreciated as my last order for a mere two things was about $70.

I'm looking for some whey protein myself. I usually get it at GNC with the 1st of the week discount.

Whey isn't too hard to find cheap. Like you said, GNC at the first of the week i great. I think it's still 50% off right now, so you could probably nab a 6lb tub of it for 29.99(A pretty good deal). It's the other stuff I needs ta find...homey. No one can help me?

I like Higher Power products. They're inexpensive and the taste is not so bad either (Whey Protein Vanilla).
Remember, a good solid eating plan is more important than supplements.

Thanks, their multivitamins are pretty cheap! I'm not worried about Whey, as it's the cheapest supplement anywhere(not to mention so high in cholesterol it'd make your heart explode if you take too much). It just looks like I'll keep having to pay out the ass for some of the other products.

bobyduilding.com is probably the best place for supplements. they have fast shipping and good products. High Power is there house brand and is great. they have Chromium Picolonate for about five bucks and it is pretty good. plus sometimes at vitamin world they have good prices for members.

Higher Power has only 1.5mg of cholesterol per serving. That's not bad at all. Better than eggs, lol.

Some whey products have high cholesterol, but I would stay away from those. It shouldn't be a problem if you aren't taking like 5 serving sizes a day, whey is still usually lower in cholesterol for the amount of protein you get out of it than the amount of food you would need to eat to get the same amount.
Anyway, search vitaminworld.com or their B&M store if you have one nearby. Its like GNC mostly. They have buy one get one free deals on a lot of products fairly often. I just got a catalog and I know they had glutamine supplements advertised in there. The item numbers for them are 3042, 3043, and 3045 if you want to search there site for them. Cheapest price (and smallest size) offers 100 tablets for $8.29 or 2 for $12.43.

The thing about the capsules is that you run out pretty fast. If you get powder one serving gives you 5 grams (1 teaspoon) and there's usually 200+ servings in each tub. As for the whey, I really only take it on training days(about 3 servings) otherwise I get ti from food (I loves teh meat). Anyway, you guys did help me out, I managed to get some Hi-Power brandCreatine Ethyl Ester for about $19 bucks.Way, way cheaper than buying BSN products. Appreciate the help guys!

Sorry about that, I really didn't know what a good deal would be on the glutamine so I just posted what I could find. It sounds like a pretty useful amino acid workout wise from what I've been learning in class, so I'll have to keep an eye out too.

For anybody looking for whey, check out www.allthewhey.com. They sale in normal quantities and in bulk. Last time I ordered I got 25 lbs of whey for $65 plus shipping. It is normally $70, but I got $5 off since I'm a member of www.johnstonefitness.com. If I remember correctly, shipping was around $7, but I'm not 100% sure about that. If you have any questions about this place, there is a huge sticky thread on the JSF forums. An ATW company rep also monitors the boards to answer questions.
If you don't find answers to your questions, ask the people at http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/. They are pretty knowledgeable.
