So today I walk into my local EBGames, since I had preordered We Love Katamari and Dawn of War: Winter Assault. They had gotten in WLK, but Winter Assault was delayed at the last moment a day. I'm checking out, and I jokingly say "So, what kind of free stuff can I get out of this?" The guy walks over to their preorder bonuses and tosses me some Ultimate Spiderman DVD and one of the "Not for Retail" Xbox copies of Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow left over from the Chaos Theory pre-order (I think). I can't believe it worked, got a free 20 dollar game for being a jackass. :D

The free splinter cell was from the rainbow six lockdown preorders. They decided to send extras which didn't make much sense to me. We had more copies of that than lockdown, lol.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease? I got a free copy of the RE4 preview disc at Game Crazy one time by asking pretty much the same thing. It's not a $20 game, but it was free. :D

Lucky SOB. I feel you on that point though because for some reason Videogame store employees should giveaway more of the promotional items once the promotion ends and they have no use for them anymore.

Well, Karma's a bitch. I pick up my Winter Assault today, and when I go out my bloody car wont start. Turns out that the starter's probably shot, thankfully it's still under warranty, but it did take quite some time to figure that out, get it towed to a mechanic, etc etc. I just thought you guys would think that's kinda funny :D
