I signed up for the 311 concert in Los Angeles. It's completely free and you print out your ticket as soon as you register. Must be 16 + up.
Extra Tidbit:
should also mention the chance to win a new civic as well as test drive honda cars on a track. i signed myself and my girlfriend up. free concert and swag.

SHIT, Hot Hot Heat is there along with john legend. It almost worth the drive to chicago for me from Cleveland.

You couldnt PAY me to go to a 311 concert.
Pretty cool nonetheless though. All the free shows Ive gone to were 21+ (so they make all the money selling alcohol)
