EB may suck, but at least their price for this game doesn't. Fantastic game.

Faithful port of the Mac version... including not changing the controls. The controls are like a FPS (right analog looks around), except there's no auto-lock (the Mac version didn't), and in the REALLY big areas, where the frame rate stutters badly, you can't aim at anything using that R3 stick. (... but the fifty machine gunning snipers can.)
Wonderful game, but about 1/2 through, it's near impossible to beat because of a few large, system hogging rooms. It's worth $6.
(Note this was developed by Bungie; this was their "big" game before Halo. Great to have just from that factor.)

Well to me, this game was very, very dull. Might be worth the $6.
As for it being made by bungie, I know R* published this game, but I know it was not developed by a company named Bungie. was it under a diff name back then?

Sure it's dull, but it was DEFINITELY made by Bungie, the same company that made Marathon, Myth, and Halo. It was released on Windows, Mac, and Playstation 2 before Microsoft bought them up. There's no question about this. Boot up your copy or look at the label again.

I would say that the Myth series were their "big" games before Halo.

This game is not for the weak of hearts. What you have here is a very very tough game. I only got thru the game 1/4 of the way and i was stopped dead in my tracks w/it's difficulty. (and trust me, i've beaten many of games in my days) I eventually had to resort to *gasp* cheat codes.
The graphics is nothing to rave about but if your looking to throw your controller at the screen for a good month or so. Try this game a shot at $6.

I've been following Bungie ever since Marathon 1. If you have to ask, you don't deserve to know. Oni was developed by Bungie West, Bungie's studio just north of San Francisco, published by Rockstar on the PS2 and by Bungie themselves on the PC and Mac. So yes, it was developed by Bungie, the company most of you people know as the guys who created Halo.
From bungie.com:
Q So why is there so little info about Oni on this website?
A Although Oni was designed and created by Bungie, it was actually sold as a trademarked proerty to Take 2 Games - who once owned a share in Bungie, before we were acquired by Microsoft. Take 2 has good support for its older titles though, and you can read more about Oni HERE
Q Who makes Oni?
A Although Oni was developed by Bungie, it was published and is now owned by Take 2 Games.

Holy frick! A tshirt! Didn't even know those existed!
Networked Marathon 1 on some old beatup Performas. I remember those days. Love that Bungie included the Marathon logo in the Halo logo. (If you can't obviously see it, it's the center of the backdrop.)
