Target is selling these 3 ghost tshirt for 9.99. However, all the 3 targets i hit around my area is sold out. Anyone had any luck buying this tshirt? They seem to be popular.

I saw about 5 XXL at the Target Westgate/San Jose, CA last Sunday.

Yeah, I got one of those about 2 months ago when it was on sale for $7.99. Target usually has their t-shirts on sale about once a month.

Anybody know what "time" of the month this is? 8 bucks for a t-shirt isn't bad in this time and age.

I think it's when Target puts on some water weight and is moody.

A month or two ago, they had them on sale for $8, I went to all the Targets in my area, and all they had were XL/XXL. When I finally saw a Large, I pounced on it. Then a couple weeks later, I return to my college town, and they have Mediums. D'oh! They seem to still be in decent supply here. You might also want to check JC Penney in the Young Mens section. They're starting to have a decent selection of video game tees.
What really pissed me off is that I mised out on the yellow on blue Pac-Man ringer tees. Just a simple iconic circle with a wedge cut out. I don't particularly like that pixelated one on that site you linked.
