They send them once a month if you reach the plateau for a gift certificate, i get mine in the mail though, i didnt want the possibility of losing my gift certificates altogether because my email client thinks its spam or bulk mail

Do either of you have Bellsouth as your ISP? I had that problem, and I called the best buy reward zone help desk thing - and they said it was because bellsouth has some kind of filters that kick it out all together - so I had to change mine back to getting them via the mail -

Sometimes it takes about 10-15 days to show up in my email

Yeah, it takes a while sometimes, but I've never had mail that said I received one and didn't...btw, I got to resubscribe for free earlier this year because I was a great customer or whatever, so yeah, keep that in mind ;)

I get mine by mail. It's really freaking sporadic though.

BTW, Bestbuy has renewed my membership 2 years in a row. I guess it pays to have jumped on it like the day it came out.

I used to get mine through email but switched to regular mail. I started having problems because Best Buy kept telling me that my email was invalid even though it wasn't. How could it be invalid if they had previously sent certificates to the same email address? My ISP is Road Runner.

I use SBC/Yahoo, and I've had to wait up to 3 weeks to get an e-mail coupon after they say they sent it. Ridiculous! I thought e-mail only took like 2 minutes (tops) to get from sender to receiver?!

Same here. I got tired of getting that pop-up so I switched to my G-Mail email account. No problems since then.

I'm signed up with them since June and have yet to receive my certificates that are due to me. I had them put it through regular mail, and it's really pissing me off since I know I have reached the level that it should have come since I bought my DS there.

My idea of 7-10 days and Best Buys' is vastly different, apparently...
