Should I buy Sly 3?

Has anyone played it yet? I LOVED Sly 2, but I hear Sly 3 is a bit easier and shorter, but that it has better replay value. Can someone tell me what the replay value is like?

I mean, can you replay the whole game in a harder mode, or can you replay individual jobs (something lacking from the second game), or is it merely timed challenges ala the first game?

And how short is it? I read a couple reviews saying it was only about 12 hours long, but I read another couple saying it was the longest Sly game yet, which ought to mean something since Sly 2 was about 18 hours.

So is the game worth buying, or is it better suited just as a rental? Can anyone shed some light on these matters so I won't have to accidentally skim stuff i don't want to know on Gamefaq.com?

In 9 months it will be $20, if you can wait... I don't think I've ever bought a Jak / Ratchet / Sly game at full price, since they drop right on schedule to $20 and go Greatest Hits.

I can't really answer your questions, but that's my two cents... there is enough stuff coming out this holiday season that the wait will go by just like that.

$20 isn't that big a deal, since with the $10 BB coupon I'm pretty sure I could PM at CC and get it for $30. So I'm looking at a $30 for buying vs $7 for renting. It's a tough call.
