Does trainn work the same way as Freepay (8 referrals for the xbox360)

If so what are some good offers on that site for the xbox360.

It's pretty hard to convince people to sign up for these things, since they require CC info.

It all depends on which sites you are talking about and how fast you want it to go green. I say stamps.com and true.com are among the best. Both are free and have more than one day trials. There are others like free4shopping or something like that which have only one day trials and you need to cancel really fast. But those usually go green pretty fast too. Actually, iirc, after 5/30 (or 90 days after you open the account after 5/30) they close the account and you can no longer access it and can't sign up for that offer again.

Well, given an offer between being paid to do an offer and not being paid, well, the rational option is clear. It's worth it to do it for a pittance moreso than for nothing whatsoever.

If you really want it for free, print up a flyer with your referral link on strips at the bottom and paste it on campus, in the laundry room of your dorm/apt building, or shit like that? If you're hunting online for "good souls" to donate their referrals, well, you're going to be waiting for a *long* time.

Congrats, good to see that there's still a point to completing my PSP and Ipod.

To the people with credit problems from Real: Contact the customer service at whatever site you signed up under, sometimes this will speed up the process. Also, make sure to save any emails you recieve from Real in order to confirm that you completed the offer in case you ever have to provide these to get credit. All free sites have a pretty high rate of "forgetting" to credit people but almost always will with no problem if you can provide an email with proof.

Well, I went into processing since 2/7 so I didn't have to send in the form. It was a long wait so I don't know if the new policy will make things speed up.

Seems DHL had a mix up with the delivery. I think they gave it to someone else :-/

It says I received it on the tracking page, but my mom was here all day and no one stopped by. So I called the 1-800 number and told them what was going on. They told me the driver mis-delivered it and that he would retrieve the package and re-deliver it by 6pm. 6pm rolls by and I call again and they tell me the 1-800 people didn't notify the local office of what was going on and that it was too late because the driver had already gone home. So, now I have to wait one more day. I hope the driver didn't decide to make off with my PSP or the person that signed for the package opened it, saw what it was, and decides to keep it.

Does anyone have experience with signing up for an offer that they have already done and still got credit on TRAINN? I would expect most people would sign up for the different freebie sites and would do the most easiest offer (the same offer for each site) so please share your insight on this dilemma. Once your account is approved, you've nothing to worry about. If you don't have an approved account, then they can (and probably will) change the number of refs required once E3 comes around.

I've only completed a trainn referral site and they seem good, I'd suggest them, but they don't have any laptop site afaik, they have a desktop computer site with a mac mini, but that's it. You could always just sign up to any of their referral sites and take the paypal payment rather than the prize and then use that to buy whatever you want.

If you're looking for a high-end laptop that costs in the thousands then it's going to take a shitload of referrals, but a laptop that costs about $500-600 would probably be around 12-15 referrals, it generally seems like they give out around $50 per referral for paypal payments and a little more than that in the value of an item. You can check out www.anything4free.com (http://www.anything4free.com) they have an index of sites and how trustworthy they are, etc. and also a forum where you can discuss freebie sites.

If you decide to go for a paypal payout then you can site up for just about any site, at least all the trainn ones give out paypal as well as items. I won't lie though it isn't super easy, most people only get paid from $14 - $60. But that's from doing almost nothing. I spent about 5 hours total and I got away with a decent ammount.

I have about $40 in uncredited offers but those were the "enter your e-mail with intent to participate" offers so I'm not too mad about it.

The whole reason the Poker site pays FreePay to have them as an offer is to attract people to their service. Answer this: Why should the Poker site pay FreePay 4 times for the same person? Sure they make a buck, but they also have to pay FreePay for referring you. Unless you figure out a deal with them where you pay the montly fee 4 times over or whatever, but would that be worth it? I hope this makes sence.

The reason why people are flaming you about this is because you are NOT helping anyone here by telling people it is ok to do this when it is NOT. Imagine someone new to this stuff come into this thread to read your post and think it is ok to sign up 4 times over only to find their account gets put on hold and they have to go through the whole process of being placed off hold (if that's even possible).

Yeah, most require a credit card, there are some that don't (like the thisstuffisfree network) but they, of course, require many more referrals. Where it's usually 5 referrals for a 30gb video ipod (About $300 value) it takes 10 refs on this50buxisfree to just get $50 paypal. It's free so you can't really complain though :-P.

I haven't had much luck with this50buxisfree though, I've had one ref actually go green and I haven't been credited myself. That network also has ds lites and ipod nanos, I think 36 refs for those. I have a this50buxisfree account if you want to sign up for that, I'd appreciate the ref (if it actually credits :-P).
