Hey im looking for a iPod Nano..hopefully one before Christmas if not, then I will get one for Christmas. I was checkin around eBay and could get a 4gig for around $200 shipped. Good deal but just wondering if there are any other types of deals other then hitting up eBay for one?
Also if there are any deals on an iPod mini..would rather have a Nano but mini could work if deal is right.
..I would really be looking for a 4 gig..in white.
Thanks.

You can always get a 10% student discount from apple.com

I think I paid like $235 after tax here with student discount. $200 is good if it's reputable sellers selling them.

Dunno how the site is, but here it's 194 before tax. They got $2 shipping too.

Also, is there a white mini?
EDIT: My bad, didn't realize it was the 2GB.

yeah 194 before taxes..isnt worth it at all. I would rather go pick it up in the store for 200 and have it right then and there.

How would I be able to get a student discount. It is worth spending the extra 20-25 bucks to have it engraved and 100% you get it.

Never get it engraved. Absolutely no refunds.

I think you can only get it if you're in college. If you are, go to the Store Section of the Apple website, and on the right they have a section for different stores. Go to the education store, and there should be an option for college and university students. You just have to tell them what school you're going to, and maybe provide them with your student e-mail, though I'm not sure about that. I'd know more, but the store seems to be down at present.

It doesn't void the warranty, just harder to return. let's say, like what happened to javeryh, you bought a 4 gb nano and had it engraved, then the next day they came out with a 6 gb for the same price, you couldn't return the 4 gb one you bought for the 6gb because you got it engraved.
