Sled Storm

I noticed in a recent issue of OPM they listed Sled Storm for the PSX as an essential racing game. Is this game any good? It looks interesting, but does it have that outdated feel that many of the PSX racing games now have compared to the current console racing games?

I only played the demo on a psx disc 2 years ago, i do remember the game being easy and fun to play, so its worth the money if you can grab it.

Now, this game is bad. And btw, sled storm is a great game, but not the best one. Its one on the pc that i have that is very good, actually 2 of them. Here is another one that you might wanna grab:

This might be one of the greatest ones that i own. Ebgames should have a copy in the budget section.

I saw that article too so I bought it ($2.25 at EB and got me free shipping). It's not bad, certainly better than a lot of racing games.

I played the demo for sled storm for many many hours, it was a very fun racing game.

i remember getting this game on a whim back in the day and then realixing that i had played it until sunrise. Its amazingly fun and addictive. The PS2 game though kinda sucked balls.

Get it asap. It's a fun game, and the gameplay still holds up great to this day. It's also easy to find on the cheap (GameStop and EB both sell it for 3 bucks or so).
