Trading is fine and spending money people give me is fine as long as I don't spend any of my money. If I succeed, my girlfriend will buy a game of my choosing, and my best friend will give me $20. If I fail, I must become the kitchen bitch for two months, and I will give my best friend $20.

To make my chances of succeeding in this EXTREMELY daunting task (I just bought Jak II for $32, Xenogears for $16, and Vexx for $12), I won't be on here until I'm finished game-fasting.

i cant stand starting too many games without finishing them....as soon as you go back to em, you forget the story, or the controls, and just cant get back into it as much as you were....that goes for me anyway

A word of warning: Xenogears is made of pure hatred and wants to get you to kill yourself. Don't give it the satisfaction. Also, be sure to keep a pail next to you while you play so that when you have to vomit in rage, you'll have a convenient recepticle.

I suggest playing GTA 3 then VC right away. How you've left themoff for so long is beyond me. And Mario & Luigi kicks ass. Work on those. Finish VC. Try and get 100% completion. Hmm, with those three that'll take you about... well about two months. Good luck! And shit you gotta lotta games.

I hear ya man. I've been playing that game for 2 years, have my characters near max, and I still can't take more than a few steps into the final dungeon without having to turn back.

I don't think it's too hard at all, as long as you take a little while every so often to level your characters up. It's just really tedious. For instance, there's annoying jumping puzzles scattered through it. Jumping puzzles...in an RPG...and the camera doesn't make them easier most of the time, either.

The thing that bugs me the most about it is I can see a really good game in it, but every time I start to enjoy myself one of the many little flaws comes up and takes my enjoyment level back down. I don't think there's anything I dislike in games more than wasted potential and, for me, this one's got it in spades.

With all those games you haven't even started already onh the shelf this bet should be cake for you. And quite a few of them are really good, to boot.

I've started stacking all of my games I've either finished or have played to a point where I am done with them in one spot, the games I need to get to in a 2nd, and the couple of games I'm currently playing in a 3rd. I try to keep it down to 3-4 'currently playing' games at any one time. (And I do sometimes dip back into a favorite from the 'finished' pile from time to time of course.)

Right now I'm playing Goblin Commander, Voodoo Vince (just started), World Series Baseball, and Tiger Woods 2004.

I wasn't interested in Tiger Woods until I played my buddy's copy and now I'm frickin addicted to the thing. Although it's pretty easy to dominate the PGA Tour and most of the World Tour events. I'm kind of hoping the later tour events ramp up the difficulty. So far I've won the first 4 events by a margin of something like 35-40 strokes each. Generally after the first round I'll be at -15 or better and 2nd place will be at -5 or so maybe. So I'm just playing the rest of the weekend to see if I can beat my best ever round, and to collect the top check.

I currently have a pile of 10 or so games to get to. I think 5 of them are unopened. I always debate with myself for a few minutes before actually 'breaking the seal' on a new game. :lol:
