Question for anyone who owns or has played the game. The reason I ask is because I'm really trying to concentrate on one game at a time now. Plus I've been real busy at my job at the lab. Any kinda resposes are appreciated.

Yes, by far my favorite PS2 game. The story really gets going as you progress. Glad I played it through, super fun.

It's pretty fun, unique, but it gets repetitive...it's worth playing for the experience though

Thanx for the opinions fellas. I finally got home and had a chance to play for about 45 mins. to an hour. It's def. an interesting game. I've been trying to get into "different" games lately. Nice pick up for $10.

I've been wondering the same thing. I picked it up because everyone here was talking about picking it up. Thanks for the info

I really couldn't get into it much. I owned it 3 different times, and tried to give it a good amount of time, but really could care less about it. It is a uniquely good game though, so I reccomend it if you are at all interested... plus it has one of the best quotes in the world: "Robots Kill Grandma!"

Yeah it's got some pretty ridiculous voice acting but the action has a great feel- the sense of scale as you watch your giant robot smash through skyscrapers at your command is awesome. I imagine this game will see a bit more notice after Shadow of the Colossus hits it big.

I saw it for $25...is it worth that much?

A great game. The game is especially good if you're a fan of mecha anime. Most of the game is a parody of it. The controls are really good, and make you feel like you're piloting a giant robot too. I definitely recommend it.

In game controls were really stiff - felt like my character was a robot himself. But the concept was awsome and I had a pretty good time with it.

This game is (I guess the only work I can think to say is) cool. The concept , to me at least, is original. Like other posters have said it does seem like it could be repetitive. But the game experience is very unique. The scale of the game is excellent IMO.

Game was alot of fun, and then it just became a chore.

Gets a bit repetitive at time. Definitely worth a playthrough. I bought it for $5 at the CC $5 extravaganza sale last year. Finally got to it some time ago.
