Using your cell as a modem for laptop internet access (T-Mobile)

I just got a new cell phone from T-mobile (RAZR) and would like to know if anyone can help me connect my laptop to it and use it as a modem so I can be on the internet through T-mobile ( I heard this can be done for free)

Any help would be very appreciated as I've browsed the web for info but can't find any help.......

Help will be nicely rewarded if you can get me up and running ( money or a free game )

I have a RAZR phone with a USB cable and phone tools 3.0. I don't have Tzones on my plan but if that is the problem then I'd be happy to add it onto my plan.

I believe you need the T-Mobile Data Plan.
