Someone is going to get it (live account)

:bomb: Can't recover my account, it flip flops between "Account cannot be used at this time" & "Gamertag or other information is incorrect"

I most likely left the other account on my old Xbox, would this have an impact on my recover in any shape or form? How about the fact that it hasn't been used since July? Could customer service even help me?

Seems like giving Microsoft a call to try and figure everything out would be a good first step.
