It seems that extended warranties is a good way for greedy big businesses to get rich quick... Although some may return their item, most will not, and they profit heavily... And if an employee doesn't sell their quota on time, they get fired.

What if... We were to stick it to the man? 1000's of us were to buy up the new Game Boy Sp's, and then return them for new Gameboys using extended warranty? :)

i know a lot of people whos been doing that to best buy for years... buying system getting the 2 year warrenty waiting to the last month and taking the system back saying it dont work right.. and getting either their money back (in a gift card) or new system...

best buy is stupid though.. i took my PS2 back last year cause the controller wasnt working right and the replaced the entire system.. system was around 18 months old on the 2 year plan

i never had anyone at best buy force the plan on me. I always got to ask to get it.
